• Design Concept Development | Mood Boards | Drawing

• Concept Presentation Meeting

• Finalize Building Finish-Out Materials (tile, countertops, flooring, etc)

• Select Plumbing - Hardware - Decorative Lighting

• Final CAD Modifications & Detailed Elevations 

• All Specs are Documented & Turned Over to Contractor

• Furnishings - Decor - Window Treatments (if applicable)

 

PROCUREMENT | PROJECT OVERSIGHT PHASE

• Order Placement | Purchasing

• Progress Site Checks Throughout 

• Furnishing & Accessory order & delivery/receiving management
